Returns & refunds
Last updated: —
Please read this before you order. Our returns window is short — 2 days from delivery — so open your parcel and try things on as soon as it arrives.
Returning something
You may return any unworn item, with its tags still attached, within 2 days of delivery. Message us first on WhatsApp or call 0208985361, or email boatengden170@gmail.com, and we will tell you where to send it. Please don't send anything back before speaking to us — we may not be able to trace it.
What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery unless they are faulty. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or had their tags removed cannot be returned.
Who pays for the return
If you are returning something because you changed your mind or it did not fit, the cost of sending it back is yours. If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay — send it back and we will refund the cost along with your order.
Refunds
Once we have received the item and checked it, we refund to the same method you paid with — your mobile money wallet or your card. Refunds are processed through Paystack and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or mobile money provider. The original delivery charge is not refunded, except where the item was faulty or wrongly sent.
Exchanges
Tell us within the same 2 days and we will exchange an item for a different size or colour if we still have it. If we don't, we will refund you instead. You cover the cost of sending the first item back; we cover sending the replacement out.
Faulty or wrong items
If something is faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 2 days of delivery. We will cover return delivery and either replace it or refund you in full, including what you paid for delivery.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Your rights
Nothing on this page affects the rights you have under Ghanaian law, including the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137), where goods are faulty or not as described.
